MY STORY

As a young boy growing up in Adelaide there really wasn't much to do here that peaked my interests. I would listen to music my parents played, AC/DC, INXS, and all the old classics. later I explored more in-depth in the music industry.

MY HISTORY

At a young age learning the Piano at home then adding Drums, Ocarina, and vocals to my arsenal of instruments. After high school I literally jumped on the bandwagon and joined a number of bands, playing drums, writing music, singing, and performing anywhere in Adelaide where I could score a gig.

I signed up and did a course at the Australian School of Audio Engineering (SAEQantm) where I studied everything from music production, setting up live PA equipment, recording, and mixing. While study and playing in bands were continuing it was the electronic music component that got me into DJ'ing.

After my course, it was the first time I found myself without a band since I left high school. Not knowing what to do I went off to follow a different path in the music industry which leads me to now telling you my story.

I did online courses, visited clubs, and did any gig I could get my hands on to hone my skills in DJ'ing with ages from 5 to 50 and any type of event/party possible. With years of experience under my belt now I can play any genre of music, bring the customer service, and light up along with bringing the dance alive with awesome tunes.

MY SERVICES

I am a Dj that will bring life to your event with music, games, and a whole lot of upbeat atmosphere in order to turn all the guests into party animals at the end of your event.

faq

The DJ can either play a pre-determined set list suited to the type of event you are hosting, or you can provide a specific list of songs that you would like the DJ to play. Throughout the event, the DJ will also be reading the crowd response to find what works best.
Can I bring some of my own music for the DJ to play at the event?
Yes. If you have any music from your own collection that you’d like to hear you are welcome to give them to us before the event or bring them along on the night. If we know before the event we can put them into the format the DJ requires in advance. Keep in mind we have an extensive list and may already have what you want.

how do I choose my music?

WILL THE DJ TAKE REQUESTS ON THE NIGHT?

Your DJ will aim to make everyone happy and in doing so he or she will try to play all requests so long as they are consistent with the current style of music being played. If a bizarre request is made (for example, a request for Heavy Metal while the DJ is playing Top 40), the DJ will usually politely decline or consult with the client before playing the song

WHAT ABOUT THE SONGS I DON'T WANT PLAYED?

If there are particular songs that you don’t want your DJ to play please let us know. There are some songs such as ‘Grease Megamix’ or ‘The Nutbush’ that people either love or hate. Or perhaps it is a song that reminds you of something or someone. Until you let us know, we are in the dark, so keep us informed.

HOW LONG WILL THE DJ NEED TO SET UP?

All of our equipment is a state-of-the-art, high quality, compact & lightweight equipment. Once all the gear is unloaded (which usually takes 15 minutes), it is positioned and then takes 30-45 minutes to get sound activated. The DJ should take no longer than one hour to setup all of the equipment.

WHAT SORT OF VENUES DO YOU CATER FOR?

We cater to every venue type imaginable - wineries, clubs, pubs, even on the street or in your backyard. If you don't have a venue in mind, we are happy to make a few suggestions!
